Agudo agudo oral LD50 para rats 6.26 mg/kg.

Skin and eye Non-irritating to eyes and skin.

Slight absorption through the skin.

Inhalación LC50 (4 h) para rats 9.3 mg/l. Other In human volunteers, blood prothrombin levels fell to 35% within 2-4 d, following a single dose of 20 mg a.i., but recovered without treatment in 8 d.
